Joining the Lenzie Lotto is simple. Click the button below to visit the PeoplesFundraising web site where you can set up a monthly direct debit to purchase as many entries as you wish. If you ever wish to stop participating in the Lotto just cancel the Direct Debit via your online banking portal.

Terms and Conditions
Eligibility & Entry
- The lotto is open to anyone aged 18 or over who wishes to participate and support Lenzie Academy PTA
- Entry requires an active monthly payment setup via Direct Debit. Entries are only valid once payment confirmation is received prior to the draw deadline
- It is an offence for anyone under the age of 18 to enter or win a prize in this lottery. Any ticket purchased by or on behalf of a person under 18 will be declared void and any prize forfeited.
Ticket Cost & Purchase Limits
- Each lotto entry costs £5 per month
- Participants may purchase multiple entries per month. Each entry provides one individual chance in that month’s draw
- Tickets can only be purchased via Direct Debit. Payments will appear on your bank statement as ‘PEOPLESFUNDRAISING’
Draw Dates & Deadlines
- Draws take place on the last day of each month
- Funds must be received prior to the draw in order for an entry to be valid
- Cleared funds must be received in full by the PTA’s payment processor (PeoplesFundraising) prior to the cut-off date for that month’s draw
- The PTA accepts no responsibility for delays in payment processing by banking systems or third-party platforms
Winner Selection & Notification
- Winners are selected at random using algorithms owned and operated by PeoplesFundraising
- Winners will be notified via email automatically within 48 hours of the draw taking place
- Automated draw notifications and PTA communications will be sent to the email address provided at registration. Players are advised to check spam/junk folders if they suspect they have won or missed an update
- Names of winners will not be publicised by the PTA
Prize Payment & Distribution
- Distribution
- 15% of ticket entries (less platform fees) will be paid to two lucky winners each month
- 70% of ticket entries (less platform fees) will be be put toward PTA funds
- The Lenzie Academy PTA will contact winners within 30 days of a draw taking place to arrange payment. We will attempt to contact winners using the email address you use when joining the Lenzie Lotto
- If a prize remains unclaimed or payment cannot be processed after 90 days of reasonable attempt to contact the winner, the funds will be retained by the PTA and used to support the school
- In the unlikely event that a draw cannot be held on the scheduled date due to technical or administrative reasons, it will take place at the earliest possible opportunity thereafter
- All prizes are non-transferable. The decision of the Lenzie Academy PTA committee regarding any aspect of the lottery is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into
Cancellations & Amendments
- Members can cancel their recurring Direct Debit at any time directly through their bank
- Ticket payments are non-refundable once made

- Any query, complaint, or dispute regarding the Lenzie Lotto must be submitted in writing to the Lenzie Academy PTA committee via our contact form. The committee’s decision on all operational matters, entry eligibility, and prize allocations will be final
* PeoplesFundraising charge a platform fee for managing the lottery on behalf of the PTA. These fees are deducted from the prize totals and the amount paid to PTA funds.
