Event Details

Doors open 7pm – First race 7.30pm til late.  Recorded races – Loads of competitive fun.

Event limited to 70 attendees, so buy your tickets quick before they sell out (we had 90 at the last Quiz Night in November 2023).

Bets only £1 per race (no limit to number of bets on each race), and bets can be bought on the night. 8 races in total. Winning bets will be split between race winners & the PTA.

Everyone welcome, so bring along your friends & family.  There will be a bar run by the Rugby Club so this is an adult only event and no pupils or persons under the age of 18 are permitted

Sponsor a Horse (£5)

Sponsor a horse in a race for £5, and if it wins that race you get a prize! We were selling horse sponsorships online, but we’ve stopped any additional online sales and they can now only be purchased on the night.

Sponsor a Race (£25)

If you’d like to sponsor a race to promote your business then you can do so for only £25 per race! This is a great marketing opportunity for your company because we will promote your business in all promotion material, on our website & also on the night.

Buy Tickets and/or Sponsor a Horse

Online sales have been stopped, but you can buy tickets at the door.

This fundraiser is in lieu of students, parents & carers having to buy, sell, collect money, donate items, take part in or attend PTA meetings & events. Please donate to Lenzie Academy PTA to raise much needed money to support all our students at Lenzie Academy.

• £10 – I do not want to bake, so here is the money I would have spent on cakes
• £20 – I do not want to pester my friends, family & co-workers so here is the money they would have donated
• £30 – I do not want to walk, swim or run in any activity that has the word “thon” in it so here is the money I would have spent sponsoring someone.
• £40 – I do not want to attend any discos, fancy balls, race nights or quiz nights so here is the money I would have spent on a new outfit or drinks on the night
• £50 – I really wouldn’t have helped anyway, so here is money to forget my name.
• £____ – I am making this donation to express my appreciation for having nothing to buy, sell or do.
