Money raised – £750
November 2019 – The first fundraiser of the 2019/20 school year was held at Lenzie Rugby Club. We had a great turnout and plenty of prizes to be won. We also played Darts Poker (the highest poker hand with 6 darts) and What’s in your Handbag (with points allocated for random objects found in your bag or jacket).
We rely largely on the generosity of parents and local businesses for prizes at events. Winnings on the night included £50 cash for 1st place in the quiz, a £30 voucher donated by The Gatehouse in Lenzie for the winner of Darts Poker, and raffle prizes included some fabulous bottles of wine donated by Reproduction Plaster Company, Prosecco donated by the Co-Op at Millersneuk, boxes of crisps and soft drinks donated by Farmfoods Kirkintilloch and a voucher for lunch at The Indian Village.
